• Payment method preference — COD or UPI (we do not store card or UPI details)
• Device information — used for app diagnostics and push notifications

• To process and deliver your grocery orders
• To send order status updates via SMS or in-app notifications
• To coordinate with delivery partners for last-mile delivery
• To improve app features and customer experience
• To respond to complaints or support requests
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited cases:

• Delivery partners — your name, address and contact number are shared to complete delivery
• Store vendors — your order details are shared with the store fulfilling your order
• Payment processors — Razorpay processes payments; we do not store payment credentials
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

OTP-based authentication means no passwords are stored. Access tokens are time-limited and stored securely on your device.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order history is retained for legal and tax compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection law (DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Nominate a representative for your data rights

Fresh2Door is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
