1. About Fresh2Door

Fresh2Door is a hyperlocal grocery delivery platform that connects customers with nearby stores for fresh vegetables, fruits, and daily essentials. We facilitate orders and delivery but do not directly operate the stores.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fresh2Door
• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based login
• You must reside in a serviceable delivery area
• By using the app you confirm that all information provided is accurate

3. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are subject to product availability at the time of placing
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items are unavailable
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address
• If no one is available to receive the order, re-delivery charges may apply

4. Pricing and Payments

• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments via Razorpay
• Fresh2Door wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
• Prices may vary across stores and are subject to change without notice

5. Returns and Refunds

• Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items may be returned at the time of delivery
• Raise a return request through the app within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds for eligible returns are processed to your Fresh2Door wallet within 24 hours
• Perishable items cannot be returned if delivery was successful and items were in good condition

6. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your OTP with anyone
• Do not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Do not place bulk or commercial orders without prior agreement
• Treat delivery partners with respect at all times

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Fresh2Door to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the application

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software in the Fresh2Door app are the property of Fresh2Door and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fresh2Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
